Mary Hunter

About the Artist

Mary Hunter received her degree in education and art from Incarnate Word University in San Antonio, Texas and graduate studies in art at Texas A&M of Kingsville and Corpus Christi, Texas. She is a member of the Society of Layerists in Multi Media and the Women’s Printmakers of Austin. She is best known for her earthy, textural and symbolic mixed media works, photography and paintings. Mary travels frequently and lives and works in Austin, Texas.
